MiCoach Fitness system - Able & Handy Sidekicks
ADIDAS has come up with the miCoach fitness training systems that verbally coaches you whenever you run. This is made possible thanks to the miCoach Pacer and miCoach Zone.
The miCoach Pacer is tiny lightweight device that delivers real time audible coaching while you exercise through a pair of headphones or your MP3 player. Verbal cues will ask you to speed up to a green zone or slow down to a blue zone so you will remain within your targeted heart rate zone.
As for the miCoach Zone, it provides a colour-coded LED display in wristband from factor with real time information, making it a snap to train to the right intensity without pushing your body beyond its limits.
You can even go online to the miCoach site (micoach.com) to draw up a training plan. This makes it easier to set goals while monitoring your progress over time. The miCoach Pacer goes for $139.99 ( current price) while the the miCoach Zone is slightly less than half that price at $65.99.
